Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will incur a cancellation fee.

Customers are required to provide access to the property and ensure that the area to be cleaned is safe and accessible for our cleaning team. Any pets or items that may pose a risk should be removed beforehand.
